INFORMATION CENTRE

In Blecua, we intend to transmit the satisfaction got from, not only making a unique wine, but also from connecting with other professionals, especially with cooks.

When creating the Blecua Information Centre and Gastronomy Library -a very select one whose doors are open to any lover of good food-, we were particularly thinking in young cooks. We are very pleased when they come around to deepen their knowledge and improve their art.

This Centre was created with the aim of complementing Blecua Winery with a very exclusive gastronomy library. An increasingly large and well-selected book collection is being compiled, so everybody interested may consult them, either when visiting the winery or any other agreed time.

Besides, in order to make the access to books easier, we have created the website www.bodegablecua.com, so that cooks and lovers of good food and wine can be updated on the latest gastronomy publications released. We will keep on purchasing popular titles which can be found in the bookshops and those more exclusive which only are available on specialized markets.

The library has been conceived as something dynamic, so meetings and work sessions can be carried out here, as well as summits and encounters with experts and cooks, which can contribute to the development of the culinary culture.

We are at your disposal in Blecua winery, and at www.bodegablecua.com , with books by the best cooks from Spain and from all around the world; titles on the history of gastronomy and gastronomy considered as space and architecture; works on wine, coffee or tobacco and those about regional cooking… more than 1.000 books waiting for you all, so everyone in his/her own field may contribute to improve the value of gastronomy and get better and more pleasant experiences for lovers of good food.
